Welcome to Red Sky Reports web application that displays the contents of an Excel spreadsheet within a web app.
This app has been developed to provide users with a secure, shared portal for collaboratively working on spreadsheets, storing data, and producing reports.
This is the Home page for a web app that provides users with a secure way to share spreadsheets while determining who might be able to view, edit, or export individual worksheets… and this app is available at an exceptionally low cost.
The terms of the Red Sky Reports web app software license agreement are outlined below the directions for using the app. Please read the license agreement before you start using the web app for the first time. If you do not accept the terms of the license agreement, then you should not utilise this web app.

License fees (pricing)
An annual license fee to utilise Red Sky Reports is around $US 40 (depending on currency). This fee includes access to upload 10 spreadsheets, with additional 10-spreadsheet packages available for around $US 1.50 per package. The exact fee structure can be viewed by selecting the “Pricing” button at top of screen or click here.
License fees are paid via the Stripe payment system. Stripe accepts payments from credit and debit cards, digital wallets, and authenticated bank debits.
Free trial period
You can register for a 30-day free trial period. You will be provided access to all the functionality of Red Sky Reports and be able to upload five spreadsheets over this trial period. You can test more than five spreadsheets by deleting any of your initial five uploads and then replacing the deleted spreadsheet with a new one.

Red Sky Reports web app software license agreement
By using this software, you agree to and acknowledge the matters set out in this agreement.
Limited License
When Red Sky Agricultural Pty Limited (Red Sky) grants you a license to use this software, this is for the purposes of entering, modifying and updating data within spreadsheets that are accessed via this software.
Your data is secure
Red Sky will use up-to-date techniques and processes that meet current industry standards to ensure that your data and spreadsheets are kept secure and confidential.
Password security
Registration of each user of this software shall be via their email address and a password. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for any and all activities that occur under your password. If you disclose your password to any other person, you are responsible for ensuring that person agrees to the terms of this agreement.
Intellectual Property Rights
Red Sky is the exclusive owner of all intellectual property rights in the software, and you acknowledge that no title is transferred to you under this agreement.
Term
To the extent permitted by law, Red Sky is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage, loss of use, revenues, profits, goodwill, bargain, loss or corruption of data or loss of opportunities, anticipated savings whether arising from or in relation to breach of contract, negligence or any other tort, in equity or otherwise and whether or not a party was aware or ought reasonably to have been aware of the possibility of such loss or damage.
Subject to the foregoing, the maximum aggregate liability of Red Sky for damages to you or any other party, whether for breach of this agreement or in negligence or tort or for any other common law or statutory cause of action of for any other cause whatsoever arising out of or in relation to this agreement, is limited to the total fees paid by you to Red Sky over the 12 month period preceding the date of the breach or other cause.
TPA exception
Red Sky’s liability for any breach of a condition or warranty implied by the Trade Practices Act 1974 (Act) that cannot be excluded (other than a condition or warranty implied by section 69 of the Act) is limited to, supplying the services again or paying the cost of supplying the services again.
Limited warranty
The services are provided on an as is basis and Red Sky disclaims all warranties relating to the services whether express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the extent allowed by law, Red Sky will not be liable, whether in contract or tort, for any loss or damage arising from your use of the services including, without limitation liability for direct, indirect, special and consequential damages including loss of profit, business revenue, or goodwill, loss of production or failure to achieve anticipated savings or production efficiencies.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain implied warranties or conditions, so the above exclusions may not apply to you. This agreement does not exclude any implied warranties or conditions that may not be excluded under applicable law. This agreement gives you specific legal rights and is in addition to any other legal rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction.
Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Each party irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
Entire agreement
This agreement is the entire agreement between the parties relating to use of the software and replaces all earlier negotiations, representations, warranties, understandings and agreements, whether oral or written, between the parties relating to the software. All other conditions, warranties and representations, whether express or implied by law, trade custom or otherwise are expressly excluded.
Severability
If any part of this agreement is held by any court or administrative body of competent jurisdiction to be illegal, void or unenforceable, such determination shall not impair the enforceability of the remaining parts of this agreement.
Variations
Red Sky may vary the terms of this agreement from time to time by notice here within the ‘Home’ screen of the software.
